How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner talking with a pest control provider outside an older Peapack and Gladstone home

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Reaffected Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Reaffected Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we introduced you to

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Reaffected Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in New Jersey.

How to File

Email contact@reaffected.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
